Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tadovo (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service platform for creating and managing digital restaurant menus and QR codes, with optional AI features. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with free and paid plans. Payments and billing are processed securely by our provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until canceled. Access to paid features is provisioned immediately after a successful checkout.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period. Our refund terms are described in ourRefund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes, without limitation: violating applicable laws; infringing others’ rights; uploading unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; attempting to access the Service or data without authorization; interfering with or disrupting the Service; or reverse engineering the Service except where permitted by law.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., menu items, images, branding). You grant Tadovo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide.

6. AI Features and Guidance

AI-powered features may assist with menu text, translations, customer Q&A, and suggestions. Outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on AI for medical, legal, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.

7. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify or discontinue features from time to time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; your rights may vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadovo and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may be notified via the Service or email when feasible.
