Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Tadovo. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for subscriptions processed by Paddle, our payment provider.

1. Free Plan and Trials

Tadovo offers a free plan so you can evaluate the Service before upgrading. If a trial is available, you can cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally not refundable after access is granted. We may consider a refund for duplicate charges, billing errors, or if you were unable to use the Service due to a verified issue on our side.

3. Annual Subscriptions (if offered)

For annual plans, we may offer a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase if the Service does not meet your needs, provided you have not excessively used paid features. After 14 days, refunds are not typically provided except in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.

4. How to Request

To request a refund, contact us atsupport@tadovo.comwith your order reference, the email used at checkout, and details of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Canceling prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund.

6. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and may contact you to process refunds where applicable. Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method.
